Terms of Service

Effective October 15, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RetroFlowCX website and platform, operated by RetroFlowCX ("we," "us"). By using RetroFlowCX, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

RetroFlowCX is a sales-assistant platform for RetroFoam dealers — answering calls, working leads, sending quotes, booking appointments, and supporting invoicing through connected QuickBooks Online accounts.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must be authorized to act for the business and accounts you connect, including Google Calendar and the selected QuickBooks company, and to provide the customer information used through RetroFlowCX.

4. Acceptable use

Subject to these Terms, RetroFlowCX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and use RetroFlowCX for your authorized business purposes.

You agree not to misuse RetroFlowCX, including attempting to access it by any method other than the interface and instructions we provide, or interfering with its normal operation.

5. Third-party services

RetroFlowCX integrates with third-party services, including Google Calendar and QuickBooks Online. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we use information from connected accounts.

6. QuickBooks authorization and invoices

By connecting QuickBooks, you authorize RetroFlowCX to access the selected company's information for the functions described in our Privacy Policy and to create customer and invoice records following your approval.

You are responsible for reviewing the customer, service address, accounting selections, line items, taxes, and total before approving invoice creation. In the current workflow, you review payment options and send the invoice in QuickBooks. Payment status shown in RetroFlowCX reflects the latest successful refresh and may change afterward.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

RetroFlowCX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RetroFlowCX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to RetroFlowCX for any account that violates these Terms.

Disconnecting an integration or ending use of RetroFlowCX does not automatically cancel invoices, reverse payments, or delete records in the connected third-party service. See our Privacy Policy for information about disconnection and deletion requests.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of RetroFlowCX after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
